Registration

To register, please fill the online formulary found under: https://bit.ly/2GcOJWf

Due to their limited availability, the requested single rooms wil be assigned to non-students on a first-come-first-serve basis. An invoice will be sent to you by e-mail stating the amount to be paid (depending on whether early bird registration applies or not, whether transport to/from the airport was requested and to your category, as well as, if single-room was requested, on its availability). E-mails with invoices are sent once a week. After the receiving the invoice, please proceed to the payment by bank transfer and send back the proof of payment to  This email address is being protected from spambots. Cancellations cannot be accepted after September 9th, 2018.

The following registration fees apply:

An optional airport shuttle from/to Barcelona airport is available at 15 € per way.

Registration covers the following:

• Scientific program
• Accommodation from Sunday, Sept. 23rd (check-in) to Friday, Sept. 28th (check-out)
  
• Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  
• Coffee breaks
• Conference banquet
